Deeply resonant and full of character, this Australian sweet vermouth glides across the palate with a luxurious, velvety weight. It strikes a sophisticated chord between indulgence and edge, pairing a caramelised citrus brightness with the earthy warmth of native botanicals.
The bouquet opens with the tart fragrance of sun-dried rosella and spiced cranberry, underpinned by a subtle, honeyed richness. To taste, the gentle acidity of dried bilberries gives way to a complex heart of toasted wattleseed, aromatic clove, and the bittersweet char of orange peel. Refined and poised, the experience concludes with a sweeping, elegant finish and a whisper of wild herbs.
