Tasting note
Fee Brothers Mint Bitters is a herbal cocktail bitters made by the Fee family in Rochester, New York.
The Fee family have blended bitters and cordial syrups in Rochester since the 1860s and are now in their fifth generation. Mint is one of the more specialised bottles in a range that has grown past twenty flavours, and it does something a muddled leaf cannot: it puts a clean, even mint note through a drink without the vegetal edge or the fuss of fresh herbs.
Useful in a julep or a mojito when the herbs on hand are tired, and worth a dash in chocolate or coffee based drinks.

"Bitters" means two different things: dash bottles used a few drops at a time, and bitter liqueurs poured by the glass.

Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
