Tasting note
Eden Mill Hop Gin is a Scottish gin made with hops, from the distillery at Guardbridge near St Andrews in Fife.
Eden Mill was established in 2012 on a site with a long drinks history: the Haig family ran a whisky distillery there for much of the 19th century, and it later became a paper mill. In 2014 Eden Mill became Scotland's first combined distillery and brewery, and the Hop Gin comes directly out of that overlap, taking the core ingredient of beer and putting it through a gin still. Hops bring a resinous, floral bitterness that sits naturally alongside juniper. Bottled at 46% ABV.
Serve it long with a plain tonic and a slice of grapefruit, or use it where a gin needs to hold its own.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
