Tasting note
11 Years Old for this single Grain Irish Whiskey aged in Ireland and bottled in our cellars in France. Cooley Single Grain is only distilled twice compared to the classic 3 times distillation that is characteristic of Irish whiskeys. It gives it stronger flavours (Rich, soft oils, melt-in-the-mouth grain and just a hint of barley for good measure) amplified by the Ratafia Champenois touch… « The Dumangin Champagne Twist ».
