Tasting note
Spiced rum that leans citrus and ginger rather than vanilla and caramel, which is what separates it from most of the category. The colour is pale gold. Blood orange and honey come first, then gingerbread and crystallised ginger, and the palate keeps the sugarcane sweetness in check with bitter orange peel, cinnamon and allspice.
The serve it is built for is rum and ginger: two parts rum, four parts ginger ale, tall glass, plenty of ice, a thick wedge of lime squeezed in and dropped. Ginger beer in place of the ginger ale makes it drier and better. Pineapple juice pushes it sweet if that is what you want.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
