The Whisky Cellar Benrinnes 14 Year Old Scotch Malt Whisky
The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.
The Whisky Cellar Benrinnes 2009 14 Year Old single malt scotch whisky is a single cask (finished in ex-Pedro Ximinez Sherry cask 9064) bottling from the series 6 out-turn from Edinburgh based Independent Bottler, The Whisky Cellar.
An impressive and engaging release, with the cask char breaking through almost like subtle peat, giving a earth funk and lingering char smoke. The finish in an ex-PX cask has given this Benrinnes notes of demerera sugar, leather, dark chocolate, ginger biscuit spice and walnut oil.
The cask produced 233 bottles (with 24 coming to Australia) at a natural cask strength of 55.5% ABV.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
