Tasting note
This is a clear fruit spirit from Distillerie Bertrand, distilled from ripe Williams pears to capture the fruit's floral delicacy.
Tasting. The first impression is a burst of fresh pear on the nose. In the mouth it shows real aromatic power, yet the texture is round, fresh and melting, with everything in balance.
How to serve it. It should be served well chilled in a crystal glass whose sides have been frosted with ice first; the cold brings out its full strength of flavour. It can also be mixed, either with other spirits in a cocktail or simply with a fruit juice, where the pear adds an unexpected layer.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
