Tasting note
Eric Bordelet Poire Granit is a Normandy perry, made from pears rather than apples, from old trees growing on granite soils.
Perry is cider's rarer sibling and depends on pear varieties that are useless for eating, high in tannin and acid and grown on trees that can take decades to come into full bearing. Bordelet's Granit takes its name from the granite subsoil of the orchard. The wine is gently sparkling, low in alcohol and dry to off-dry, with the fine, pithy grip that distinguishes serious perry from a sweet pear cider.
Serve it cold in a wine glass rather than a tumbler. Very good with soft cheese, pork or shellfish.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
