Tasting note
Eric Bordelet Nouvelle Vague is a French cider from one of the best known artisan cider and perry makers in the country, in a 330ml bottle.
Bordelet works in the Mayenne, on the southern edge of Normandy's cider country, with old orchards of cider apples and perry pears, bottling wines that are treated as wines rather than as soft drinks: fermented dry or nearly so, gently sparkling, and low enough in alcohol to drink through a meal. Nouvelle Vague sits in that range.
Serve it properly cold in a wine glass. It suits soft cheese, charcuterie and pork.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
