Tasting note
Dolin Blanc is a Vermouth de Chambéry from the Savoie, the region where, according to Dolin, the white version of vermouth was first made in 1881. Dolin builds it on an Ugni Blanc wine base and flavours it with no fewer than 32 plants and spices, among them hibiscus, basil, cinnamon, artemisia and Alpine gentian.
In the glass. Bright, clear and fluid.
Nose. Complex, like a handful of crushed Alpine herbs, followed by camphor and citrus.
Palate. Silky, with a harmony of green, herbal notes. Broom and elderflower linger and lead into fresh almond and peach, with just enough bitterness to wake up the appetite. Dolin describes it as more complex and sweeter than its Dry.
Serving. Have it as an aperitif, neat over ice, or add a splash of fruit crème for a Chambéry-cassis. In cocktails it brings a delicate, tangy note. Other bottles for the home bar are in our vermouth collection.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
