Tasting note
Passionfruit, and this one keeps its acidity, which is the thing most of them lose. The aroma is ripe and sweet, but the palate lands with a tart edge underneath the sugar, so it does not flatten a drink the way a purely sweet fruit spirit does.
At 20 per cent it is a modifier, not a base. The obvious use is the pornstar martini: vanilla vodka, this liqueur, passionfruit and lime, shaken hard, with a chilled sparkling wine served alongside. It also does good work in a margarita in place of half the orange liqueur, and it turns a plain prosecco spritz into something with a bit of grip. Over ice with soda and a squeeze of lime is the low effort version.

Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
