Tasting note
Gabriel Boudier Curcuma is a turmeric liqueur from the Boudier house in Dijon, Burgundy, part of its range for bartenders.
Boudier has been making liqueurs in Dijon since 1874 and, alongside the Burgundian cremes it is known for, runs a bartender range built around less obvious ingredients. Turmeric is one of them. It brings a strong yellow colour and a warm, earthy, faintly peppery root character that behaves more like a spice than a fruit in a drink, which is what makes it useful as a modifier rather than a base.
A small measure goes a long way. Try it with gin, with tequila, or in a sour alongside citrus and honey.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
