Tasting note
Generous is a French artisan gin made with precise distillation in small pot stills, and the Organic edition is the one the brand sums up as coriander and combava. In the glass it is light, with a bright sheen.
Nose. Fresh, sweet and delicate, with a touch of juniper softened by lemon.
Palate. Bursting and fruity, as coriander and combava ride over a fine line of juniper, then a long, fresh, aromatic finish. The juniper stays subtle, elegant and balanced from start to end.
Coriander, combava (kaffir lime), mandarin, red pepper, citrus and juniper make up the recipe. Some are macerated and some are distilled, all by traditional methods, and that natural approach shows in a clean, precise style where the flavours sit well together.

Delivery information
Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
