Tasting note
J.M Blanc 50 is a white AOC Martinique rhum agricole from the Fonds-Préville distillery, which sits at the foot of Mount Pelée near Macouba in the north of the island. The J.M initials are those of Jean-Marie Martin, who bought the estate in 1845 and turned its sugar mill into a distillery.
How it is made. The distillery says more than 75% of its cane grows right around the estate and is crushed as soon as it arrives. The fresh juice is fermented, run through column stills, then rested and brought down to 50% over at least six months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting. Crystal clear. J.M lists fresh lime, honey, cane flower and white pepper on the nose, and a rich, generous palate with a vegetal, powerful profile: vivid, bold and zesty.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
