Tasting note
Crafted from organically certified Canne Bleue sugarcane, Juste Macouba is J.M. Rhum's first organic white rum. Distilled in a Creole column still and slowly reduced with spring water from Mount Pelée, this limited release captures the purest expression of terroir and tradition.
Tasting Notes:
Freshly cut sugarcane, lime zest, and floral intensity on the nose, followed by anise and white pepper on the palate. The finish is crisp and persistent with citrus and spice.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
