Tasting note
A Mediterranean liqueur from Casa Limonio of Partinico in Sicily, made by infusing the leaves of the noble laurel, a plant that grows right around the Mediterranean basin. The leaves are gathered between late October and November, and the base is a spirit distilled from Sicilian grapes, finished with sugar and water.
In the glass. Deep green, with an intense laurel scent. Full-bodied and smooth, it carries a herbal lift and finishes clean, with earthy, leafy tones that recall black olive, black tea and black pepper.
At the table. Casa Limonio suggests it with rich and roast meats, bacon and marinades, and pairs it with champagne and other sparkling wines. The 50cl bottle is closed with a wax seal. Browse more in our liqueurs collection.

Delivery information
Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
