The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.
This special bottling of a 12 year old Linkwood scotch whisky has spent time finishing in a single ex-Tokaji Aszu wine cask, adding rich and fruity notes over the impressive malt.
Expect notes of ripe apricots, Manuka honey, ginger spice, creme caramel and golden sultanas.
Bottled at cask strength of 54.9% ABV.
