Tasting note
Pinot blanc wine from the Ribeauvillé region.
After a natural fermentation, it is distilled twice in our copper pot stills.
Our wine eau de vie is aged for at least eight years in French Oak ex-Cognac barrels before bottling.
Tasting Notes:
Lovely nose with aromas of apple, raisin, vanilla and toast. The mouth is fresh with notes of crisp apple, dried fruits, hazelnut and bourbon vanilla. Long-lasting finish with hints of spice
Drink as a digestif at around 14°C. It will pair well with a medium-strength, slightly spicy cigar. You can also enjoy some pastry recipes and cocktails.
Delivery information
Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.
New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
