Tasting note
O Reizinho White Special Edition is an unaged agricultural rum from Madeira, distilled from fresh sugarcane juice at Gaula on the island's south coast.
The distillery was founded in 1982 by Florentino Izildo Gouveia Ferreira and remains a small family operation. Madeira has grown sugarcane for centuries, and O Reizinho works the agricultural way: pressing cane and distilling the fresh juice rather than working from imported molasses. It uses a traditional Portuguese still of a type rarely found outside the country, which is a large part of why its rum tastes unlike the agricole of the French islands.
Unaged and full of raw cane character. Use it in a daiquiri, a ti punch or a poncha, the Madeiran drink of rum, honey and citrus.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
