Our "pure fruit" cherry brandy (or kirsch) is made from naturally fermented black cherries, distilled in our traditional copper stills. It is aged for a minimum of two years in vats. It subtly blends the aromas of the fruit with the discreet almond notes characteristic of stone fruits.
