Armagnac chestnuts are part of these traditional peasant recipes which, at the time, allowed us to conserve the surplus harvest. The preparation of our chestnuts has remained traditional: the flavor of slowly candied chestnut, combined with the typical character of Armagnac. An artisanal recipe, a little treat to peck with your fingers at the end of a meal, or to slip into your dishes, sweet or savory.
