Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask Matured.
Colour: Rose Gold
Nose: Sweet and complex aromas suggest butterscotch and Christmas
muscatels.
Palate: Sweet caramel syrup and plum pudding spices join a clean, bright alcohol explosion which spreads across the palate to settle in and glow with some soft oaky tannins.
Finish: Hints of cherry cordial and some nutty undertones that clearly displays the quality of both the spirit and the wood in developing harmony.
