Tasting note
Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters is a cocoa and spice cocktail bitters made by the Fee family in Rochester, New York.
Fee Brothers has been making bitters, cordials and syrups in Rochester since the 1860s and remains family owned into its fifth generation. Aztec Chocolate takes its name from the bitter cacao and chilli drinks of Mesoamerica, and the bottle follows that idea rather than a dessert one: cocoa without sugar, carried on a water and glycerin base, so it reads dry and dusty rather than sweet.
A dash suits aged rum, tequila and mezcal, and it is one of the few bitters that genuinely improves a coffee-based drink.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
