Tasting note
Rey Fernando de Castilla Manzanilla is a dry, flor-aged sherry in a 375ml bottle, from the house in the Barrio de Santiago at Jerez de la Frontera.
Manzanilla is Fino made and matured in Sanlucar de Barrameda, at the mouth of the Guadalquivir, where the damp Atlantic air keeps the veil of flor thicker and more active through the year. The wine that results is the palest and most delicate in the sherry family: bone dry, tangy and noticeably saline. This bottling comes from the small Jerez house that Jan Pettersen has run since 1999.
Drink it cold and drink it young, in a decent glass, with seafood, olives or almonds.
Delivery information

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
