Tasting note
Color: Clear, possibly with a slight amber tint from the aged brandy component.
Nose: Expect a prominent aroma of ripe Williams pears, possibly with hints of pear skin, and underlying notes of vanilla, caramel, and a touch of baking spice contributed by the 5-year-aged brandy. A delicate floral note might also be present.
Palate: The initial taste should be fruity and vibrant, showcasing the fresh pear essence. The sweetness of the pear will likely be balanced by the warmth and depth of the aged brandy, potentially revealing notes of caramel and vanilla, along with a touch of baking spice or even a hint of mint.
