Tasting note

Based on its experience for aging Eau de Vie, the Drouin family has decided to age a limited volume of its Gin. A few former calvados casks of 225 liters have been selected to age a base of Le Gin de Christian Drouin. After 6 months in the casks, "Le Gin de Christian Drouin calvados cask finish" is rounder, more complex, with even more obvious apple flavors. Christian Drouin Gin is prepared as superb blended spirit. The perfect proportions of each ingredient, its balance, its elegance and its complexity allow it to be drunk straight or with ice. Delivery information

Most orders to New Zealand leave within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. If anything is delayed we will tell you.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
