Tasting note
This is the dry, or brut, cider from Cidre Fournier, a family cider house in the heart of Normandy that is now run by the third generation. The apples come from the family's own orchards, and this blend uses Normandy cider apples only, picked for their fresh, thirst-quenching character and given a slow fermentation. It is 4.5% alcohol, and the 330ml bottle makes it an easy single serve.
What to expect. Lively bubbles on the tongue and a round texture, with bright acidity, a gentle bitter edge and a sustained body.
At the table. Fournier recommends drinking it well chilled. It is at its best with savoury food, such as meat dishes and savoury pancakes, and it can also sit alongside a fruit cream dessert. See the rest of our cider range.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
