Tasting note
Gabriel Boudier London Dry Gin is a juniper-led gin distilled by the Boudier house in Dijon, Burgundy.
Boudier has been distilling in Dijon since 1874 and is best known for its fruit liqueurs, particularly Creme de Cassis de Dijon. The same distilling skill goes into its gins. London Dry is a method rather than a place: it means the botanicals are redistilled with the spirit and nothing but water may be added afterwards, so the flavour has to come off the still rather than out of a bottle of essence.
A classic gin and tonic build, and a sound choice for a martini, a Negroni or a French 75.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
