Appearance: Deep ruby‑red, vivid and clear.
Nose: Intense sloe berry and raspberry jam aromas, with cracked black pepper spice, nutty almond, delicate juniper, and subtle floral hints.
Palate: Tart, mouth‑drying berry fruit balanced by juniper’s dryness; bright citrus zest and floral herbal touches add complexity. Sweetness is modest, yielding a clean yet rich.
Finish: Lingering black‑pepper spice with persistent tart berry character and a refined fruit dryness.
