Tasting note
La Fee Blanche is a clear French absinthe, made in the Blanche or Suisse style at 53% ABV.
La Fee was created in 2000 by George Rowley with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the Musee de l'Absinthe at Auvers-sur-Oise, and its Parisienne bottling was the first absinthe legally distilled and bottled in France since the 1915 ban. Blanche is the style that skips the second herbal steeping that colours a verte green, so it comes out of the still clear and stays that way, giving a lighter, more floral reading of the same wormwood and anise base.
Serve it the traditional way: three to five parts iced water dripped slowly over sugar into the glass, until it louches milky.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
