Tasting note
La Fee Bohemian is an absinthe made in the Czech style, with far less anise than a French absinthe.
La Fee was founded in 2000 by George Rowley in partnership with Marie-Claude Delahaye of the Musee de l'Absinthe at Auvers-sur-Oise. Bohemian follows the Czech tradition rather than the French one: it is built on a grain spirit base and carries little anise, which means it does not louche when water is added. That makes it a different drink from the Parisienne and the Blanche, and one that behaves more predictably in cocktails.
Serve it with iced water to taste, or use it as a rinse and in small measures in mixed drinks.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
