Tasting note
Matusalem Solera 7 is the youngest of the house's solera rums, produced in the Dominican Republic.
The Matusalem name goes back to Santiago de Cuba in 1872, where the Camp brothers applied the solera blending method they knew from Spanish sherry and brandy production to rum. The family left Cuba after 1959 and the rum is now made in the Dominican Republic. Solera 7 sits below the Gran Reserva bottlings and is the most mixable rum in the range, with enough weight to stand up in a cocktail without dominating it.
Use it in a daiquiri, a mojito or a rum and cola, or drink it over ice.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
