Tasting note
A dry oloroso from the Don Zoilo range of Williams & Humbert in Jerez. It is made from Palomino grapes and aged oxidatively through the criaderas and solera system, with the sherries in this range carrying an average age of 15 years.
Tasting. Bright amber, with an intense nose that recalls nuts and walnut. The palate is dry, with little acidity, a full body and velvety tannins.
At the table. Williams & Humbert suggest serving it at 12 to 14°C. Before a meal it suits aged cheese, blue cheese and nuts; with dinner it can take on tuna, red meat, game, stews and spicy dishes. Explore the rest of our sherry collection.

New Zealand orders travel by tracked international post. The cost is calculated at checkout. The free delivery threshold offered in Australia does not apply to New Zealand orders.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Orders may attract New Zealand customs duty, GST and clearance fees on arrival. Those costs are set by New Zealand Customs, are payable by the recipient, and are not collected by Liquor Wine Cave.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking reference. Larger or mixed orders sometimes travel as more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.
Alcohol can only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave your order unattended. We do not offer authority to leave on alcohol orders.
